Privacy
This page explains what Exam Pulse collects when you use exam-pulse.com, why, and how to unsubscribe or have your details deleted. Questions: [email protected].
Free paper sign-up
When you ask for a free paper we collect:
- your email address
- the subject you chose and whether you're a student, parent or teacher
- that you ticked the consent box, the wording you agreed to, and when
- the country your connection came from (not your full IP address), and how you found the page (for example the website or campaign link that sent you)
We use this to email your one-use code, to make sure each email gets one free code, and to send you news and offers from Exam Pulse, which you agreed to when you signed up. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Students under 18: please ask a parent or guardian before signing up.
Buying a pack
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep your name, email address and what you bought so we can deliver your downloads, resend them if you ask, and answer questions about your order. Downloaded PDFs are marked with the buyer's name, email address and order number.
Using the website
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies. To stop abuse of the free paper form we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection's IP address to count attempts, and it is deleted automatically within two days.
Who else handles your details
Our website, database and outgoing emails run on Cloudflare, and payments run on Stripe. Emails you send to our support address are kept by our email provider. These services process data for us so we can run Exam Pulse. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Unsubscribe or delete your details
- Unsubscribe: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. It works straight away.
- Delete your details, or see what we hold: email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll do it. Order records may be kept where needed for tax or refund purposes.
