These terms apply when you buy a practice pack from exam-pulse.com. Questions: [email protected].

What you're buying

Exam Pulse packs are digital PDF files: predicted practice exams with marking guidelines, answers and explanations, as described on each product page. Nothing is posted to you. Predicted exams are original practice materials written to match the published exam format. They are not the actual exams, and Exam Pulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board or testing body.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency listed there (Australian dollars for HSC and VCE packs, US dollars for SAT packs, Thai baht for Thai packs). Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

• After payment you're taken to a download page, and we email you a link to your downloads.
• Download links on that page expire after a set time and a set number of downloads, so please save the PDFs to your device. The link in your email gives you fresh download links whenever you open it, for the period stated in the email.
• If a link has expired or a file won't open, email us with your order number and we'll send it again.

Your licence

Each pack is for the buyer's own personal study. Please don't share, resell, upload or republish the files. Each PDF is marked with the buyer's name, email address and order number.

Codes

Private codes issued by Exam Pulse can be used only as described when they're issued and can't be exchanged for cash.

Refunds and problems

If something is wrong with your pack (for example a file is missing, corrupted or isn't what was described), email [email protected] with your order number and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law.
